  3. Allow Norwegian, him or her to set in the tone of the conversation.

  4. Dining etiquette for tipping.

  5. The meal ends with the male guest of honor tapping his glass with a knife.

  6. Dinners are generally long with three courses.

  7. It is polite to finish everything on your plate.
